Awesome community. Super high quality finishes in the apartments, smart locks everywhere, and security patrols coming every day make everyone feel safe. The staff is perfect, very attentive to maintenance requests. Dog park and playground are amazing, and they have 2 pools, 5 grills, and walking paths. Love the package lockers and the huge amenity spaces, including the little offices where you can work and have coffee for free!

As someone who's lived here I feel as if this is important to know, most of the higher reviews are left due to the fact that during events, the staff instructs you to write them a solid review in turn for pizza parties and raffle tickets. If you want a general consensus of the place might I suggest that you read the 3 stars and lower. This place looks so lovely, especially for the area but that's how they get you. I genuinely suggest that you look for nicer areas with nicer prices. If you're going to pay THIS much, then you deserve more. Think twice when trying to find you and your family a suitable home.

Unfortunately, there are a lot of cockroaches in the apartment, even though we keep it clean. Many of the residents do not pick up the poo after their dog, and the sidewalk is often full of dog poo. The dog runner cannot be used because it is full of dog poop. The stairwells and elevators are unfortunately dirty. They are constantly passing through from the neighboring Indigo apartment, and the fence is stretched in several places. The maintenance staff are very nice and helpful, as well as the office workers, but unfortunately we were disappointed with the property overall.

I’ve been living here at Westvue for almost 2 years now and I really enjoy it. The apartments are luxury and the amenities are great. The front office staff are very friendly as well. The resort style pool is my favorite. The community always has different events and functions that are fun to attend.

I’ve lived here for almost a year now and my only review of this property is that it’s very safe, I’ve got peaceful neighbors, the property is always clean, lolz no roaches or insects live here, you don’t need to worry about people breaking in your home or vehicle, the maintenance men are very kind and get your request done immediately, the security system is very good and the managers and leasing office team members are very respectful and get things done immediately! I really enjoy living here and it’s value for my money!!!
